We process account email, name, hashed password, sign-in identity, allowances, credits and orders. Submitted links are sent to JSON VIN for parsing. Media loads directly from platform servers, which may receive your IP and request information. Alipay or WeChat handles payments.

Cookies and retention

We use necessary session and visitor cookies and keyed IP hashes for abuse prevention. Cookies or sessions remember the selected language; localStorage on your device remembers the sidebar preference. Encrypted media results are cleared after one day, parsing records after about 30 days and call records after about 90 days. Financial and security records are retained for operational and applicable requirements. We do not permanently store media.
